the staff helped organize a day tour to emerald cave, koh kradan, and koh ngai. they were accommodating to my family's needs, including my elderly grandmother. the location felt private. breakfast had diverse options and restaurant food was good.

i was charged for water upon checkout. water on the dresser was free, but cold water in the fridge cost extra. i found this inconsistent with the hotel's class, given the room cost.
